Each session is held with deep intention, preparation, and energetic alignment. Your understanding is appreciated.

1. Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may not be eligible for rescheduling
• No-shows will be marked as a completed session

2. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule once without penalty if done before 24 hours
• To request rescheduling, please email or WhatsApp at least a day in advance

3. Refunds

• All bookings are non-refundable once the session has been completed
• If you cancel before 24 hours and do not wish to reschedule, you may be offered a partial refund or credit towards future sessions (at the discretion of the practitioner)
• Refunds are not applicable for:
o Missed sessions
o Cancelled within 24 hours
o Energetic offerings already initiated (like healings or blessings)
